Remember the days of a neighborhood family doctor's office, where you'd go to treat everything from bumps and bruises to colds and flus to chronic illness? Dr. Caruso and Dr. Sterry are your neighborhood medical resource where a thorough history and physical exam are often sufficient to diagnose and treat your condition. As needed, laboratory testing and state-of-the-art imaging are available. 

And our facility is compliant with Oregon State laboratory licensing to provide many on-site tests such as urinalyses, gynecological samples and blood draws, so you don't have to make another trip to the lab. 

Dr. Caruso and Dr. Sterry are naturopathic primary care physicians, meaning we routinely see and treat general health concerns. Our focus is on prevention and we are committed to discovering the underlying cause for symptoms, so a visit here is more thorough than you may receive elsewhere. 

 

We do at times prescribe pharmaceuticals such as antibiotics. However, we always educate you about the risks versus the benefits of any procedure or prescription as well as viable alternatives so that you can make an informed choice.

We are skilled in pediatrics, and also perform annual pelvic exams and men's health exams. We offer information about the standard-of-care that you would receive if you were to see an MD, as well as natural alternatives for most acute and chronic illnesses. We discuss your choices with you so that you feel empowered to make the right decision for yourself based on your concerns.

In addition to services, we do carry some supplements. The vitamins and supplements that we carry are those where quality can vary (for example, probiotics), so that our doctors can send you home with a product that they knows will work as it's supposed to.

We also carry some supplements for convenience, saving a trip to a health food store in the case of a sinus infection, for example. If you prefer, however, to buy your supplements elsewhere that is never a problem. We will write out a treatment plan with specific instructions so that you can find what you need at another location.

Angela Bublik joined Woodstock Natural Health Clinic as a volunteer earning high-school honors credits in 2007. Since then she has stepped into the role of Office Assistant, greeting you when you arrive for your appointment, managing paperwork, organizing and pricing medicinary products and in general keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

 Angela is a certified Outstanding Receptionist from Career-Track as well as a Co-admitted Honor student at PSU, working toward her Bachelor's Degree of Science. It is her goal to follow in the footsteps of her high-school mentor -- Dr. Caruso -- and become a Naturopathic Physician. During her spare time, Angela enjoys playing the violin and is a member of her church's orchestra.
